Job Descriptions:</strong>
• Ensure excellent quality of customer service is provided;
• Ensure a proper closure of all calls;
• Provide general administrative support;
• Handling reception and front-line activities;
• Resolve complaints/ feedback and escalate to the various levels;
• Follow up with customers on issues and feedback;
• Perform clerical and other ad hocs duties
Requirements:</strong>
• Candidate must possess Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably with 1 – 2 years experience in customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Good written and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good attitude and responsible.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
