About the position:</strong>
- Lead & manage the strategy & planning process for DuPont in Vietnam (VN).
- Provides standardized business planning competency to support businesses in Vietnam.
- Lead the business development activities to accelerate business growth through identifying and supporting cross-businesses opportunities; developing strategic accounts; driving emerging market strategy; and identifying Merger & Acquisition opportunities.
Principle Accountabilities:</strong>
- Assist Country Manager in developing, executing long-term strategic plan and making key links to annual Plan
- Responsible for coordinating the work plans, business reviews and developing materials for communication to VN Leadership team
- Manage the portfolio management process (POI), which highlights key choices and enables VN to more effectively prioritize and resource projects
- Lead new business development specific projects both within & outside core businesses in VN, including M&A, new business development and participate in evaluations.
- Coordinate routine and special business leadership meetings
- Lead Projects / New Business Development Work-streams to support development of key market strategies and growth plans

+ Explore cross-SBU opportunity in Vietnam
+ Develop mission to fill gaps in Strategic Industry; Strategic Accounts; Emerging Market Strategy and Mergers & Acquisition
+ Recommend potential growth opportunities to Strategic Businesses and solicit their support
+ Formulate strategies and tactics to build sustainable relationships with internal and external/potential customers.
+ Ensure compliance with DuPont business conduct policy and country’s statutory requirements
Skills and Knowledge Required</em>
- MBA preferred
- 8 to 10 years experience in a strategic position
- Overseas work experience highly advantageous
- Strong leadership with high conceptual flexibility
- High ethical standards
- Strong influential & networking skills
- Ability in teaming and building a team
