Job Descriptions:</strong>

• Oversee daily office administration duties, vendor management and other responsibilities required to ensure smooth office operations;
• Develop and maintain reports according to company policies and procedures
• Cash flow & Petty Cash Control
• Render support to all Office Projects
• Control, procure and maintain general office supplies such as office furniture and equipment, stationery, etc and to liaise with vendors / landlord pertaining to services of office equipment and general office maintenance.
• Key point of contact for office administration matters, security, vendors and building landlords
• Maintain general office insurances & office environment.
• Provide administrative support to the office, mailing and delivery service and cover receptionist duties
• Process expense claims;
• Other responsibilities include office housekeeping, admin workflow and circulation of internal materials.
• Any other adhoc duties as required

Requirements:</strong>
• Degree or Diploma with min 3 years of relevant working
• Good communication skills (written & spoken).
• Analytical, organized, meticulous, ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
