The candidate will be responsible to deliver design and development of solutions in the CRM domain especially in Siebel CRM related implementation. He or she will be responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and quality of the solutions delivered following a full SDLC process where time-to-market is critical.

 </strong>Responsibilities</strong></td>
</tr>

  • Design, develop and provide technical leadership in the delivery and deployment of solutions, ensuring timeliness and assured quality.</li>
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect, Business Analysts and other IS teams, and vendor in arriving at recommendations for technical decisions in the delivery of detailed designs and resolution of design issues at application or database level.</li>
  • Assist in project planning, technical feasibility study, project scoping, solutioning and effort estimation.</li>
  • Develop, review and execute test plans, test scenarios and test cases for functional testing.</li>
  • Perform impact analysis on reported incidents, deliver fixes (if any) within agreed SLA</li>
  • To provide guidance to production support teams on the technical perspective of implementation and maintenance of solutions delivered.</li>
  • Perform training & maintain the solution documentation</li>
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and make appropriate recommendations to enable productivity gains</li>
  • Provide progress updates and escalate issues on time to supervisor</li>

Qualifications</strong></td>
</tr>

  • Minimum a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline from a recognized University.</li>
  • Siebel CRM Certification will be an added advantage.</li>
    </ul>
    Knowledge</strong>

    • Possess a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Siebel CRM, including Siebel application architecture, Siebel Server Component, functionality, EAI, workflows and data model.</li>
    • Possess a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Siebel Integration with Quest for performance monitoring, SQL Analysis and SQL tuning.</li>
    • Technical expertise should include Siebel Tools 8.x, Configuration and Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM).</li>
    • Experience writing SQL, PL/SQL and troubleshoot Siebel application and Oracle stored procedures.</li>

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Siebel 7.x/8.x CRM implementations.</li>
  • Working experience in high volume transaction, mission critical applications requiring quick turnaround/response time.</li>
  • Experience in Java, J2EE, Weblogic, C/C++ programming, Unix Shell script, PL/SQL, Pro*C, SQL*Loader, Stored Procedures and trigger and Oracle 9.x and above is mandatory.</li>
  • Must have gone through at least one full SDLC.</li>
  • Working experience in Telcommunications industry would be an added advantage.</li>
