Responsibilities:</strong>
• Set and manage KPIs of QC areas
• Manage the expertise, coach and develop a QC team (>=30 members).
• Ensure cohesive integration of QC and other Departments.
• Participate in designing company testing documents and testing process improvements.
• Motivate the working spirit and friendly relationship in QC team.
• Develop and maintain the research/ training activities in QC team.
*** At higher levels:
• Develop QC Strategies contributing to the success of Business Strategies
• Be a candidate for the Quality Director position (to manage QC + QA)

Requirements:</strong>
• Nationality: Vietnamese
• Education: University degree
• Solid IT background
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions at International Software Company
• Deep knowledge and solid experience in Testing theory and practice
• Strong skills of developing and executing test strategies, detailed test plans, test cases, test data and tangible quality measures
• Good experience in automation test
• Good knowledge in software development processes
• Very good English skills
• Ability to create, review, approve the testing documents
• Possessing a can-do attitude and strong leadership
