Job Description</strong>
Our company is in need of a skilled manager who will control the process of data generation and analysis for our search engine.
Responsibilities</strong>
- Manage large group of freelancer managers and their teams (30-50 people);</li>
- Interact with developers, formulating tasks for freelancers;</li>
- Organize the process to control the freelancers’ performance quality;</li>
- Analyze the quality of the search engine.</li>

Requirements</strong>- Management skills to control a group (30-50 people) (1-2 years experience in team management);</li>
- Analysis skill, which includes system thinking, organizational knowledge, problem identification, problem analyzing and solving;</li>
- Good English in all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing);</li>
- Explaination skill;</li>
- Communication skills to be a bridge between developers and assessors/freelancers;</li>
- Good knowledge about Internet technologies.</li>
